Online Yoga Classes

Classes

I love to create a friendly, fun and focused environment in my yoga classes (I also love a bit of alliteration, it’s the English teacher in me).

We work hard but there is always the chance of a giggle and time to relax. All classes are offered via Zoom, links and payment information are available by signing up to my mailing list.

All classes are on UK time.

Mondays 10 – 11 a.m

Hatha and restorative

A quiet, soothing class blending simple restorative poses you can access using stuff you have around the house (pillows, cushions and blankets, that kind of thing) and a gentle hatha sequence.

Wednesdays 10 – 11 a.m

Slow Flow

Simple, fluid sequences designed to help us connect with the breath, slow down and chill out. The class will end with a short guided meditation to lead you into stillness and rest.

Every first Saturday of the month 9.45 a.m. - 10.30 a.m.

Pocket Rocket

Lively and energetic, Rocket yoga combines elements of the different Ashtanga sequences to create a strong, dynamic and uplifting practice with an upbeat soundtrack to help you boogie through the sequence!

As this is quite a fast paced, physical practice some yoga experience is required.

Tuesdays 6.30 p.m

Ashtanga

A dynamic, flowing practice linking breath and movement. The practice follows a set sequence of postures, starting with sun salutations, then standing and seated postures, and finally a finishing sequence and rest.

Thursdays 5.30 p.m

Hatha

A balance of slow flowing movements and holds of postures designed to allow time for us to relax and unwind. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites.

Ashtanga and Relax every Sunday* 10 - 11.15 a.m.

A traditional primary series practice with time towards the end for some more restorative poses.
* This class will be offered free for everyone on the final Sunday of each month when we will practice a relaxing, grounding moon inspired sequence.
